This guide outlines our transparent 3-Pillar System designed to give you flexibility, clarity, and the exact licensing rights needed to protect and promote your business. We offer tailored visual solutions optimized for your products.

General Booking Terms:

Retainers: A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement are required to secure all dates. No booking is confirmed until both are received.
Final Payment:
- Weddings: Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
- Commercial & Video Production: Balance is due prior to the release of final assets.
- Portraits & Events: Balance is due on or before the day of the session.
Post-Production & Revisions: * Photo: Includes standard retouching as specified in your tier.
- Video: Includes one (1) round of revisions on Standard and Cinematic edits. Utility edits and additional revisions are billed at $150/hr.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: * Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours' notice without forfeiting the retainer.
- Cancellations or "no-shows" result in the forfeiture of the retainer.
Usage & Licensing: Commercial and Video Production rates include Non-Exclusive Commercial Use (2-year term) unless otherwise specified. Exclusive Buyouts are available via custom quote.
Travel: Travel within 50 miles of [Your City/Studio] is included. Locations outside this radius are billed at $0.75/mile plus any necessary lodging/airfare.
